Merlin, as always, confident that transparency will prevail.

One of the world’s biggest coal-fired power stations is to be built in South Africa after Britain declined to vote against a $3 billion (£1.96 billion) World Bank loan for the project.
$260 million for wind and solar projects with 200 megawatts potential capacity and $485 million for energy efficiency measures, including a new rail line to transport coal rather than using lorries.
Will transparency (a word not found in our local witchipedia) prevail and let us partake in decision making regarding the above mentioned projects ?
Merlin, as always, confident !
