REQUEST FOR INFORMATION (RFI)

FROM EXHIBITORS AND SERVICE PROVIDERS FOR THE CLIMIATE CHANGE RESPONSE EXPO 2011

This is a call to all members of the South Africa community who are interested in exhibiting or providing services to Climate Change Response Expo to held in Durban in November /December 2011
The department of environmental affairs (DEA) hereby extends an invitation to potential Exhibitors and Infranstructure Service Provider who are involved in Climate Change activities, to submit their Request for Information for the upcoming expo on Climate Change Response(CCR).
South Africa has been awarded the responsibility of of hosting the next UNFCCC COP and CCR. the DEA is responsible for showcasing South African climate response efforts and ensuring that South Africa citizens and stakeholders are involved in and appreciate the environmental significance on the event.
The Request For Information (RFI) results will determine who from the South African community is interested in exhibiting at CCR expo or who is interested in providing a service to expo. The results of the RFI will enable the DEA to plan and allocate space in CCR expo.
