This project involves the municipality facilitating the installation of solar water heaters on homes and businesses throughout the municipal area. The project targets middle and upper income homeowners / businesses.
The project aims to facilitate the installation of 30,000 solar water heaters (SWHs)
on middle and upper income homes / businesses by 2015 and 100,000 by 2020.
