Kindly refer to pages 32-38 of the document which refers to the tax allowance for energy efficiency sav;ings regulations that stipulate that companies can submit certificates of energy savings issued by accredited persons to SARS to claim tax. Kindly note that comments and queries may be addressed during the next 60 days (from 21st September – 15th November) to: Maphuti.Legodi@energy.gov.za.
