Abstract: Dr. Loske is a renowned progressive political and economics academic (currently
the Adjunct Professor at the Free University Berlin, Faculty of Political and Social Sciences)
and has been examining the political and economic implications of green politics, especially in
relationship to climate change. He has also had a long and influential career in green politics
within Germany, serving for nine years as a Green Party MP.
This seminar aims to provoke deeper thought about the fundamentals of ecological issues,
our declining climate, and the nation-state. It is hoped that you can attend this seminar and
engage in these pressing and urgent issues.
We will have the EarthLife Branch meeting at Constitution Hill and lunch will be provided after the presentation ends and before Branch starts!
