The Minister of Energy, Ms Dipuo Peters, in conjunction with Sasol, will on 14 January 2011, officially launch the Integrated Energy Centre (IEC) in Qunu village, at Umthata, Eastern Cape province. The objective of the event is to officially open and handover the Integrated Energy Centre to the Qunu Community.
The Minister will be accompanied by the Premier of Eastern Cape province, Ms Noxolo Kiviet as well as other senior government officials.
