This 2-day Compressed Air Systems Optimization workshop is designed to help evaluate and look for ways to optimize the performance of compressed air systems. Whether designing a new facility, planning capital improvements or looking for tools to improve a current system, this workshop emphasizes practical information that can be used to not only improve system performance but to reduce energy and maintenance costs.
Topics include:
· Taking measurements
· Developing a system profile
· Air quality requirements
· High pressure requirements
· Transient high volume requirements
· Optimizing existing equipment
· Understanding various controls
· Balancing supply and demand
· Heat recovery
· Taking a systems approach instead of a component approach
Thecompressedair workshopis aimed atenergy managers, maintenance managers and plant engineers and engineering consultants who have a basic understanding of compressed air systems. There will be group exercises and problem solving.
Delegates who are interested in participating in the Expert Level training on Compressed Air System Optimization should also attend. Candidate Interview sessions will be arranged with the course facilitator after the workshop.
