Please find herewith the final arrangements for the IRP Public Hearings to take place during November / December 2010.
The venues in the different regions are:

Please note that FINAL presentations are due by close of business on 19 November 2010. Presentations should not be longer than 15 minutes (10 slides) and should be directed towards comments on the IRP2010 only.
Individual mails will be sent to all presenters advising you of your time slot by 15 November 2010. Final programmes will be sent to all on Tuesday, 16 November 2010
PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT WE HAVE MADE SOME MINOR CHANGES TO THE IRP2010 DOCUMENT ON THE WEBSITE (ONLY FIXING OF TABLES THAT WAS EXPORTED INCORRECTLY TO PDF). This new document will be available on the website on Monday, 15 November 2010.
