Sustainable Living Exhibition 2011

The Municipality, through its Imagine Durban programme will be hosting its next Sustainable Living  Exhibition after its inaugural event last year and is inviting all interested organisations and individuals who have sustainability products and services to exhibit. Government departments, non-governmental organisations, community-based organisations, businesses, schools and individuals who are passionate about sustainable living are invited to participate.

The goal of this years’s exhibition is to instil a renewed commitment to sustainable living.  We are looking for all stakeholders who are engaged in sustainable living initiatives to showcase their work at the exhibition.

Initiatives can include, but are not limited to:
 – Clean energy and water saving mechanisms
 – Food gardening and landscaping
 – Waste minimisation and management
 – Creative arts and crafts
 – Food in its diversity

 Registration Fees:
 Business: R3000.00
 All Other Sectors: R300.00 (N.B. A refundable deposit will be issued to all non businesses)
( A limited number of concessions are
available for school exhibitors on a first come first come basis)

The deadline for pre-registration is 31st May 2011  to have a stand and the deadline for payment is 30 July 2011.
