South Africa is in advanced state of an alternative energy revolution.
The Southern African Alternative Energy Association (SAAEA) is receiving a growing number of applications from newly established startup businesses in the industry.
To honor the commitment of reducing harmful carbon emissions,
the South African Government have no choice but to support
alternative renewable energy solutions.
“We anticipate tax incentives for purchasing products such as hybrid cars, solar water heaters and panels, wind turbines and allied equipment” says Alwyn Smith, administrator of SAAEA.
Local utility Eskom, have been giving rebates on solar water heaters for
a while.The GREENEX2010 Conference and Expo presented during May 2010
will highlight the advancement and availability of alternative energy solutions.
