“IEEE strives to be essential to the global technical community and to technical professionals everywhere. IEEE members connect with others to share ideas and obtain new knowledge. The goal is to be universally recognized for the contributions of technology and of technical professionals in improving global conditions.” – extract from the IEEE visual guidelines.
The SAEE’s vision is in line with that of the international organisation, IEEE, in that it aims to improve global conditions through its activities of which the annual convention―2012SAEEC―is a part of.
The technical sponsorship dictates that review processes are in place to ensure that papers presented at the 2012SAEEC are of the highest calibre in the industry. As the SAEE views the enhancement of the local energy efficiency knowledge pool in high priority, this process has become a requirement to ensure optimal delegate satisfaction.
