He went onto explain that the company aims “unlock” the full potential of the country’s renewable energy solutions and “assist” national utility Eskom with its energy deficit.
As part of this, Solairedirect Technologies recently purchased additional manufacturing equipment, which allows it to produce roof integrated solar PV modules at its Cape Town facility, which has been operational since 2009. It is capable of producing 35 MW of solar PV modules a year.
